This Deluxe Post Operation Kit is ideal for use after knee or hip replacement surgery. It provides patients with needed assistance whilst recovering. This Deluxe pack includes; 32'' Folding Reacher, 16'' Shoe Horn, Easy to use Sock Aid, a Round Long handled sponge and a Swivel Cushion.

32'' Folding Reacher

Multi purpose reacher ideal for picking up everyday items around the home if bending or reaching is difficult to do. Its gripcert jaw is made from soft rubber allowing a more precise pick up. Features a magnetic tip & dressing post. It is easy to fold away and its ergonomic comfy grip handle design avoids finger and wrist strain in use.

16'' Shoe Horn

Yellow Long handled shoe horn with a hooked handle which helps give a comfortable hold, provides an aid that can be used to pull up socks or aid dressing

Sock Aid

The Sock Aid is made from a flexible plastic material which ensures that the socks remain on the aid until they are pulled all the way on to the foot. It rolls into the sock and creates an opening for the foot. The strap is a generous length to make it easy to pull.

Long Handled Round Sponge

This lightweight long handled sponge features soft polyfoam attached to a long plastic handle. These versatile sponges also can be used for a variety of household tasks. Handle can be shaped with a heat gun. Total length of product is 550mm/22''. The diametre of the sponge head is 120mm.

Soft Swivel Cushion

17.5" (44cm) The Soft swivel cushion is ideal for helping patients recovering from surgery to get in and out of chairs and bed. Because it is soft, it moulds itself to the seat meaning that it doesn't affect user comfort. It also has a non-slip base to hold it in place. The action is smooth so swivel transfers do not cause pain.
