Shipping
We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders with no minimum spend. Our standard delivery service is usually sent by Royal Mail on a 3-5 working day service. We aim to dispatch most orders the same or next working day (Monday to Friday).
We can usually ship to any address in the UK and unlike many of our competitors we do not charge extra for delivery to non-mainland addresses. You can choose to upgrade to express shipping which allows you to receive your item the next working day (please note orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday) when ordered and paid before 2pm. Please note that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. There is a single charge of £6.00 to upgrade your order to this service. Please note that we are not able to offer express shipping to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands so please do not pick this option if you live in these areas.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your item.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
