Ideal for users requiring a larger fit, the 3XL size comfortably accommodates hip measurements between 110–165cm. The flexible, stretchable design adapts to the body for a snug yet comfortable fit without restricting movement.
These fixation pants are durable and reusable, maintaining their performance even after repeated washing. They can be washed up to 100 times at 60°C, making them a practical and cost-effective solution for everyday use.

I had previously purchased these pants several years ago when I had undergone a serious surgery. They proved to be excellent. I then put on several pounds in weight and found that I had progressed from 3xl to 5xl, again these proved invaluable. I have now lost 4 stones and have now gone back to 3xl and again have to say that they are absolutely marvellous. I would recommend these products without any hesitation.
