Instructions for Use

1. Select the correct size using the size chart on the back of the packaging.

2. Fold over the top of the support and slide it over the appropriate foot.

3. Pull the support up to the ankle, ensuring the heel pattern is positioned centrally over the heel.

4. Ensure the support fits snugly without restricting circulation.

Sizing Guide: Measure around the middle of your ankle to determine the correct size. Large fits ankle circumferences of 25–30cm.
